Refunds will be made at the discretion of the management - customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and packing of items, there may be a charge for restocking or administration fees if necessary.

The Memorial Shop will not be responsible for alterations to signs or errors made during ordering process.
If an error does occur, and we are at fault, we will replace the sign or refund payment.

Postage and Delivery
Larger items (not fitting a normal letter box opening) will be sent recorded delivery at no extra cost. Please note postage is with Royal Mail; this is an excellent service, but occasionally items do take longer than normal to arrive - even recorded 1st class delivery has to be left for 15 working days before we can contact the Post Office. We cannot be responsible if you have a special event and your item goes missing due to circumstances out-with our control.
